micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Experts to contribute their advanced skills to a customer project focused on innovative design and media creation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Creative expertise is essential, along with the ability to identify issues in the applications you work in and document them clearly. Previous paid experience with human data work for AI models, data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading, is a plus, but not required. This is a unique chance to apply your creative and multimedia skillset in a cutting-edge technology context and influence the evolution of design tools.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance
• Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows
• Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria
• Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage
• Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work
• Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome
• Paid Human Data experience for AI training, data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading, is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to recognize unexpected behavior, rendering or export problems, and workflow breaks in the tools you use, and to document them clearly enough for another person to reproduce
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above
• No formal degree necessary; substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification
• Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly
