If you have professional caregiving experience and are interested in gaining office, scheduling, and administrative experience, this could be a great next step in your career. Previous scheduling experience is preferred, but not required! We're willing to train the right candidate who has a strong caregiving background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly when unexpected situations arise. What You'll Do As our Weekend Scheduler, you'll play an important role in making sure clients receive consistent, reliable care. Your responsibilities will include: * Manage Caregiver Schedules: Monitor scheduled shifts and coordinate caregiver assignments. * Handle Call-Outs: Respond to last-minute cancellations and find replacement caregivers. * Communicate with Clients & Caregivers: Answer calls, address concerns, and provide scheduling updates. * Solve Staffing Challenges: Make quick decisions to help ensure clients receive uninterrupted care. * Provide Emergency Caregiver Coverage: Occasionally step in to provide hands-on care when no other caregiver is available. * Maintain Accurate Records: Document schedule changes, caregiver availability, and important updates. * Coordinate with Management: Communicate urgent issues and provide updates to the appropriate team members.
