Job Description

Salary: $76,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet management, including templates and automation
• Advanced skills in Excel, particularly with complex formulas and data analysis
• Strong ability to create executive presentations and visual narratives
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Confluence project administration
• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in complex global organizations
• Understanding of internal audit processes and functions
• Effective communication skills with aptitude for relationship building

• Oversee Smartsheet administration, enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation
• Conduct rapid analysis and provide strategic insights using Excel
• Design and develop impactful executive presentations that facilitate decision-making
• Administer project-level tools, ensuring effective access management and workflow automation
• Act as the primary liaison for tracking commitments and action items within the global audit teams
• Maintain a centralized repository of knowledge on Confluence, ensuring standards and continuity
• Manage technical backlog requests, prioritizing based on business needs
• Organize meeting logistics, including minutes and agendas, while supporting operational tasks
• Foster relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to senior leadership
