As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Council Bluffs IA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use communication and customer service skills to address security-related concerns document activities using computer or tablet systems and collaborate with a team that is agile reliable innovative caring and committed to integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control practices and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility parking areas exterior perimeter and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor employee and delivery activity in accordance with site policies; document and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports incident documentation and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
