As a Security Officer Patrol in Jersey Shore PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

a. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

• All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets as part of the pre-employment assessment.
• Candidates should be able to navigate email platforms utilize productivity software and manage digital communication effectively.
• Training resources will be provided to assist candidates in enhancing their digital skills if necessary.

b. Customer Service Experience (B219):

• Candidates must possess relevant customer service experience which may include roles in retail hospitality or any position requiring direct interaction with clients or customers.
• During the hiring process candidates will be evaluated on their ability to communicate effectively resolve conflicts and provide exceptional service through email correspondence.
• Examples of previous customer service scenarios should be prepared for discussion during interviews.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare-related pharmaceutical environment.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings production-adjacent areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Help support a controlled environment by reporting observed conditions policy concerns and maintenance-related issues to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
