Seasonal Weekend Customer Care

HYBRID POSITION | $20/HOUR | TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Elwood Staffing is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to join a manufacturing company! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Weekends are MANDATORY!

Pay: $20.00/hour

Assignment: Temporary, approximately Nov–Feb

Training: First 1–2 weeks will be Monday–Friday, on-site

Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On-site)

Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On-site)

Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On-site)

Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7 PM (Remote)

Sunday: 10:30 AM – 7 PM (Remote)

Seasonal Weekend Customer Care Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend Shift ( Tuesday through Sunday from 09:30am to 06:00pm )

• Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and availability.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.

Seasonal Weekend Customer Care Qualifications:

• Previous customer care or call center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience providing customer support for physical products rather than services preferred.
• Experience handling customer inquiries through phones, emails, and live chats.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently from home.
• Must be available to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday every week.
• Must be able to attend on-site training and scheduled in-office workdays.
