Fiberglass Grinder

We are seeking a dependable Fiberglass Grinder to join our manufacturing team in Rochester

Fiberglass Grinder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Grind, sand, trim, polish, and finish fiberglass products using hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts for defects 
• Measure and mark workpieces to ensure proper dimensions 
• Remove excess material, burrs, and imperfections from molded parts
• Load, position, and adjust workpieces on work tables and equipment for processing.

Fiberglass Grinder Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface defects and quality concerns.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate finishing equipment.
• Lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent Bending, standing, walking, reaching
