Promotional Servers

We’re looking for polished, confident, outgoing hospitality professionals who thrive in high-energy environments and understand the elevated level of service that defines a premium nightlife experience.

If you have the personality, presence, and hospitality experience to be part of one of Maryland’s newest nightlife destinations, we want to meet you.

Description of Work:
• Create an engaging, memorable experience for every guest through exceptional service, personal interaction, and standout presence.
• Connect with guests, elevate the atmosphere, and deliver service with confidence and style.
• Welcome and greet guests with high energy, charisma, and a presence that enhances the atmosphere.
• Participate in photoshoots, marketing activations, and guest photo opportunities; maintain a polished appearance that meets applicable appearance standards.
• Recommend menu items, upsell , promote specials, and upgraded experienced with proven sales techniques.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and confidently guide guests toward selections they’ll love. • Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Clear tables and maintain workstation cleanliness.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner and in adherence of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ensure guests receive a favorable bar and dining experience by building and maintaining strong guest relationships through engaging, personalized interactions that foster rapport, enhance the guest experience, and drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Multitasking efficiently, operating modern POS systems, and handle cash/tabs seamlessly in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of guest’s limitations and policy and procedure regarding alcohol limitations.
• Ability to following cash handling standards and procedures
• Obtaining of license required by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission.
• ServeSafe Alcohol and ServeSafe Food Handler certified, or equivalent training program approved under state or local law, prior to performing the Services at the Property.
